For the last few years my day to day role at Evolve has been running the Inventory and Property Inspections Team. I am also in the process of completing ARLA level 3 Inventory Management and Residential Practice to further my knowledge.
My role involves booking and managing all Inventory, Check-in and Check-out jobs for our clients; quality checking reports prior to client delivery; and dealing with all enquiries and queries. During the day I will usually deal with any emails or enquiries and ensure our online management system is kept updated with notes. I also keep close contact with our clerks and follow up with them to ensure outstanding reports and appointments are completed or booked in on time. Reports are then quality checked and sent to the clients.
Due to the nature of Inventories and property inspections, my day is usually quite busy and fast paced and I enjoy dealing with clients, clerks and tenants and sorting out any issues they may have.
From September 2019 I was promoted to Property Services Team Leader and my role now includes the leadership of both the Inventory and Property Marketing Teams. I am looking forward to developing within this new role and the challenges this will no doubt present.
